Scrub Theatre Practitioner
The Portland Hospital
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, Early, Late (12.30-21:00) and long days
On calls: 1 week every 8-9 weeks
Permanent

We are looking for a Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department. The Portland Hospital is currently rated "Good" by the CQC and is part of the leading private healthcare company, HCA Healthcare.

The Portland Hospital is the only private hospital in the UK dedicated to the healthcare of women and children. We provide treatment for everything from general paediatric conditions to complex craniofacial reconstruction.

As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you will work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of nursing care and safety for patients within the theatre unit. You will actively contribute to maintaining an environment conducive to delivering high standards of patient care.

What you'll bring:

• Current HCPC/NMC Registration
• Postgraduate experience in Theatres
• 2 years Scrub Operating Theatre experience covering a wide range of specialities.
• Gynae, Ortho, General, Cardiac experience.
