A leading healthcare provider in Redhill is seeking a motivated individual for a role in the Theatre Department. The position involves supporting the safe transfer of patients and fulfilling general duties. Candidates should ideally have previous Healthcare Assistant experience and be committed to delivering high-quality care and improving patient experience. The role includes shift rotation, working weekends and unsocial hours.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Theatre Department. There are 10 theatres providing 24-hour emergency cover and elective operating, for specialties such as:
The service we provide is 24/7 therefore the post holder will be part of shift rotation, including weekends and unsocial hours. The successful candidate will be working within Theatres, supporting the department with the safe transfer of patients and general duties required within the unit as directed. We pride ourselves on supporting staff through training and development and you will be keen to develop and contribute to the delivery of high quality, safe care with a real focus on continually improving the patient experience. The successful candidate should have a "can do" approach in supporting the theatre, wards and departments objectives and will be able to demonstrate the Trust Values and expected behaviours.
Previous Healthcare Assistant experience would be desirable.
