Job summary

Spire Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse or ODP with extensive leadership experience to oversee theatre operations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, uphold clinical governance and patient safety, and drive service improvements in a busy theatre environment.

The role requires outstanding communication and stakeholder management, with a proactive leadership style and commitment to excellent patient care and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration
• Significant leadership experience within a large, busy theatre environment
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of theatre operations, clinical governance and patient safety
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrable experience driving service improvement and operational efficiency
• Positive, collaborative approach with a strong team-focused ethic
• Enthusiastic, proactive and energetic leadership style
• Committed to delivering exceptional patient care and staff experience
