**Theatre Operating Department Practitioner Role**

This position requires a skilled and experienced individual to work in our theatre department, ensuring the safe delivery of surgical care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing excellent working relationships with staff members, consultants, and key stakeholders.

The role involves driving sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care, monitoring achievements against required standards, and identifying risks to quality of care and services. A comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards and excellent organisational skills are essential.
