Your Role Will Include:

1. Supporting the day-to-day running of the theatre department, working alongside a passionate team focused on excellence and empathy.
2. Providing patient-centred care throughout fertility-related surgical procedures.
3. Mentoring junior staff, sharing your knowledge, and helping grow the next generation of theatre professionals.

What We're Looking For:

1. A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
2. UK scrub experience within any surgical specialty - fertility experience is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided).
3. A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
