Job summary

Theatre Nurses (Anaesthetics & Scrub) in Nottingham are sought to join a dynamic theatre team. You will work across Anaesthesia, Recovery, and Scrub to ensure safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey.

Applicants should be either a Registered Nurse (Adult) or an Operating Department Practitioner with a valid NMC pin and theatre experience. A supportive recruitment consultant will help you secure placements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• NMC pin required for registration as nurse or ODP.
• Experience in anaesthetics and/or scrub in a theatre setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-operative assessments and anaesthesia support.
• Scrub for procedures and maintain a sterile theatre environment.
• Monitor patients in recovery and manage post-operative care.
• Support infection control and provide patient reassurance.
