1. A Valid NMC/HCPC Registration
2. 6 or more months of proven experience in NHS Operating Theatres
3. Clinical references covering the last 3 years of employment
4. IT competence
5. Excellent clinical skills
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Reliability and self-motivation
