Qualifications

• Active registration with the NMC/HCPC in the UK.
• Nursing degree; Masters level study or willingness to undertake.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and revalidation.
• Experience in acute clinical environments and relevant specialty.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, compassionate leadership across Theatre services.
• Act as professional clinical manager for multiple services and staff groups.
• Drive improvements in patient experience, safety and quality outcomes.
• Shape strategic plans for the service in partnership with the triad.
• Ensure nursing/AHP voice is strong and influential using negotiation skills.
• Support divisional priorities and long-term service development.
• Lead governance and risk agendas for specific services.
