Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad hands-on maintenance experience in large buildings.
• Experience in painting, woodworking and lamp replacement.
• Good literacy and numeracy with IT skills including Office 365 and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks to high standards.
• Work under Facilities Manager and follow policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist Electrician, Plumber, Head of Facilities to keep systems serviced.
• Ensure safety, security, and efficiency of building services.
