Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Deputy Clinical Services Manager – Theatre for Goring Hall Hospital in West Sussex. This full-time role involves 37.5 hours per week with a permanent contract and a salary up to £57,000 per year, dependent on experience, training and qualification.

The successful candidate will be an NMC/HCPC registered practitioner with theatre leadership experience across two specialist disciplines and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with NMC or HCPC and have theatre experience in two specialist disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead and develop clinical teams in a complex environment.
• Strong communication and staff development skills; governance and patient safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical teams in the theatre department.
• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and ensure best practices are followed.
• Mentor junior staff and support clinical competencies.
• Assist the Theatre Clinical Services Manager with planning, rostering and service delivery.
