We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.


Responsibilities


  • Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.

  • Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.

  • Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.

  • Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.

  • Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.

  • Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.

  • Salary: £28,000–£32,000


Qualifications


  • Leaving Cert level education or above

  • NVQ qualification or equivalent

  • Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Hands on and proactive approach

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
