Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar establishment is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be keen and enthusiastic to contribute.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation and delivery of all food meets high standards.
• Work across all kitchen sections including meat, fish, and desserts.
• Maintain timescales and support kitchen brigade operations.

Salary: OTE £13.91 per hour, including tronc

Hours: Casual Contract

We are now recruiting for The Village Pub kitchen team to form what will be a small, close-knit brigade.

As Demi-Chef de Partie, you will experience all sections of the kitchen, keeping to timescales and ensuring the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard. You will need to be keen to roll your sleeves up, getting stuck in where needed, including the cooking of meat, fish, preparing cold starters and supporting with the pastry service by sending out desserts.

The Village Pub kitchen will be fast paced and energetic, which is what we look for in an individual. Come with enthusiasm, your knives and a bucketful of passion and we can help you develop the rest. Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, within a similar establishment is required.
