We’re redefining what it means to be an influencer by championing everyday creators — building community, offering expert insights, and connecting them with brands to create genuine, organic content that makes an impact.

Role Overview

As the Partnerships Manager, you will be the driving force of The Tape Dispenser in terms of communications and sales. You’ll lead efforts in identifying, pitching, and securing brand partnerships that align with our mission to empower nano creators. You should have a strong multi-category database of contacts at brands and organizations. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaign execution, nurturing relationships with creators and brands, and fostering an engaging creator community.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Partnership Development
  • Proactively research and outreach to brands and agencies aligned with our mission and creator values.
  • Secure paid briefs from brands and organizations to ensure continuous output for brands and creators.
  • Pitch The Tape Dispenser to creators as a platform for organic content creation and community-led brand advocacy, working closely with the community manager and social media team.
  • Educate brands on the value of nano creators and how to cultivate long-term, loyal communities around their products.
  • Introduce opportunities such as events, product testing, and experiential campaigns to enhance collaborations.
  1. Brand Relationship Management
  • Onboard brand partners and serve as their primary contact point.
  • Collaborate on creative briefs and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee campaign processes from brief to content delivery and performance review.
  • Expand and maintain a network of brands and organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of work.
  1. Admin and Operations
  • Manage invoicing and ensure timely payments.
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities in a CRM or pipeline system.
  • Contribute to financial forecasting for brand partnerships.
  • Participate in strategic planning for growth and new initiatives.
  1. Creator Campaign Coordination
  • Share briefs clearly and thoroughly via the platform.
  • Manage logistics including product delivery, communication, and content deadlines.
  • Collect and deliver final content assets to brand partners on time.
  1. Community Management
  • Moderate and engage with the community feed alongside the social media team.
  • Introduce new brand collaborations and guide creators through campaign opportunities.
  • Be a supportive presence, providing help, inspiration, and collaboration opportunities.
  1. Social Media
  • Manage The Tape Dispenser’s social media accounts with the social media manager.
  • Support content strategy, including highlighting campaigns and platform updates.
  • Coordinate content calendars to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with The Tape Agency on social content ideas and themes.

Experience Required

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
