A national heritage organization based in Central London seeks a detail-oriented project administrator for their 'Creating Connections' project. The role involves improving website functionality, revamping newsletters, and managing CRM upgrades. Ideal candidates have strong skills in project management and digital communications. This is a fixed-term contract with flexible working arrangements.
Fixed term contract, 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week) for 16 months until March 2027
Annual Leave: 24 days per annum pro-rata, in addition to office closure between Christmas and New Year
Location: The Heritage Alliance Office, Central London, EC4M (Flexible working arrangements considered)
Reporting to: Head of Development and Membership
Start Date: c. 1 November 2025

You will be instrumental in delivering key project outputs including website improvements, newsletter renovation, CRM upgrades, and comprehensive project administration. This role offers excellent experience in project management, digital communications, and working with diverse heritage stakeholders.
