Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to assist the restaurant managers in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and deliver exceptional service to customers.

About the Waiting Team role:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• Participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Assist in the setup of the restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Coordinate with key personnel to ensure food and service standards meet the menu and company standards
• Handle guest requests courteously and refer to the line manager if necessary

Part time and full time roles available

Hours per week: 20-45

Qualifications:

• Leaving Cert level education or above
• NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Passion for food, beverage, and customer service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Proactive and hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent time management
