Thai Restaurant Manager – Stathampton.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join run our Thai Restaurant.

We are looking for our new Thai Restaurant Manager to be able to lead by example, possess first-class attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations and a supportive nature for operational excellence. You’ll be working in our fast-paced Restaurant serving up to 60 covers a day, serving a menu that changes seasonally and focuses on quality produce, sustainable fish and rare-breed meats.

Restaurant Manager Duties:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring employee productivity whilst monitoring efficiency of all processes
• Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
• Creating a positive work environment for employees, and managing the daily shifts of all front of house departments.
• Managing employee and guest feedback, including complaints, quickly and efficiently; finding suitable solutions to any problems that may arise and communicating issues to colleagues in a constructive and clear manner
• To establish and maintain excellent standards of guest service
• Always being proactive in making sure that training is maintained in all aspects of service
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the hotel
