Job Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Business Partner to join Tate and play a key role in supporting our leaders and managers to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

In this role, you'll provide proactive, strategic HR support across the organisation. You'll lead organisational change initiatives, coach managers to strengthen their people leadership, and guide on complex employee relations matters alongside the Senior ER Lead. You'll also support and develop a team of Junior Business Partners, acting as a senior manager and point of escalation. Alongside this, you'll shape workforce planning, talent and succession strategies, and contribute to leadership development. Building trusted relationships with managers, staff, and trade union partners will be central to this role.

This is a varied and influential role where you'll contribute directly to Tate's People & Culture strategy and help make Tate a great place to work.
