Job summary

Volga Linen seeks a hands-on Production & Product Development coordinator to align production, stock and merchandising across fabric and finished goods collections. You will ensure products are produced to specification, on time and within budget, while supporting sales with accurate stock and lead times.

You will work with international mills, manage SKUs in Unleashed, prepare purchase orders and coordinate photoshoots and showroom installations to drive commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in production, product development or buying in textiles or premium brands.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to analyse sales data, costs and purchasing requirements.
• Experience working with suppliers, including pricing, MOQs and lead times.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with inventory management systems (Unleashed).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production across international and UK mills, manufacturers and specialist makers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Create production packs, including trim sheets, ensuring suppliers have complete and accurate instructions.
• Create and maintain product SKUs with accurate product information in Unleashed.
• Raise and place purchase orders following approval and tracking through to delivery to photographer.
• Support the Product & Commercial Director in supplier negotiations, including pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times.
• Coordinate production of bespoke and made photoshoots and showroom installations.
• Plan required quantities and coordinate production of showroom samples, wings and roadshow kits.
• Analyse sales trends, ordering patterns, stock levels and lead times, forecasting demand and replenishment quantities.
