Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Textiles Production for a fast-paced retail environment. You will sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality, inspect items for saleable condition, and prepare products for the sales floor by pricing and tagging.

You must maintain high attention to detail, provide excellent customer service, and adapt to daily quotas. The role may involve cross-training in other departments and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
• Inspect textiles to ensure saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, price, tag, and prepare textile items for sale by loading them on Z-racks.
• Price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value, researching item value as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety processes to maintain a safe working environment.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
