Job summary

The Material Handler, Retail at Goodwill of Colorado will move, store, and retrieve donated products in a production environment, using pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and forklifts to support efficient workflow.

You must be at least 18 years old, have forklift experience or certification preferred, and be willing to work a full-time, on-site schedule with potential overtime and a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience is helpful.
• A forklift certification to operate equipment is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and KPI for assigned duties.
• Operates pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift or other equipment to move and store donated product.
• Ensures materials are available to minimize downtime.
• Prepares materials or storage containers to support production needs.
• Keeps warehouse and trailers organized, stocked and clean.
• Prepares items for shipment and tracks shipped/received at the retail center docks.
• Follows safety requirements and company policies, stays organized and efficient.
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation and adapts to new technology.
• Cross-trains and may work in other areas as assigned.
