Job summary

Production Operative / Quality Control

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative / Quality Control role to join a well-established carpet manufacturing company based in Dewsbury.

This is a hands‑on role within a busy production environment, where you will be involved in supporting manufacturing processes and carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – 12:00am (no work on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities

• Working on the production line within a carpet manufacturing environment
• Carrying out quality control checks on finished products
• Identifying defects and ensuring standards are met
• Supporting general production and warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous textile production or quality inspection experience(MUST HAVE)
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Must have safety shoes and a high-visibility vest
