A W Hainsworth & Sons is seeking a motivated Finishing Production Operative (Days) to join the Wet and Dry Finishing team. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 6am–5pm, 42 hours per week, with a 30-minute break.

This is a permanent role with pay to be discussed at interview and reviewed after full training. You will be trained across multiple machines to support fabric finishing to deadlines, contribute to maintenance and housekeeping of machinery, and participate in continual improvement while

Qualifications

• Experience in textile manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Flexible and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload in a busy environment.
• Experience operating or assisting with textile finishing machinery.

Responsabilités

• Be trained across multiple machines to provide resource and support.
• Produce fabric to scheduled deadlines in finishing processes.
• Assist with maintenance and housekeeping of machinery and department.
• Contribute to continual improvement within the department.
