Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow Hiring: TetraPak Operator – 2nd ShiftAllegiance Staffing is actively seeking a TetraPak Operator to join our client’s growing food production team in Lancaster, PA. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining TetraPak packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Ideal candidates will have prior experience operating TetraPak machines and a strong mechanical skill set.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Setup & Maintenance
• Install, configure, and test TetraPak packaging machines
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsQuality Control
• Monitor machine performance to maintain product consistency
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including CCP verificationsTroubleshooting & Repair
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issuesSupport & Training
• Train staff on safe and proper use of TetraPak equipment
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnelContinuous Improvement
• Participate in initiatives to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
• Recommend and implement procedural improvements as neededQualifications• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating food packaging machinery (TetraPak required)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OHSAS standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $30–$34/hour (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
