Job summary

NRL is seeking a skilled Testing Electrician to join the team at Teesworks. This permanent role targets electricians with strong testing and inspection skills to contribute technical expertise on varied projects in a hands-on environment.

The position is on-site, Monday to Friday, at Teesworks, with responsibilities spanning LV inspection, maintenance, fault finding, and ITM programme development to maintain high safety and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician (apprenticeship or equivalent).
• 2391 Inspection & Testing certification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience with LV systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct LV inspection, testing, maintenance, and fault finding.
• Carry out Inspection & Testing in line with 2391 or equivalent standards.
• Manage and schedule your own workload effectively.
• Review and improve existing maintenance schedules.
• Develop and implement a modern ITM programme.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and technical regulations.
