Join Rolls-Royce as a Testing Capability Strategy Engineer within our Experimental Engineering team for Submarines in Derby. We are a leader in propulsion system design for the Royal Navy’s nuclear submarine fleet, offering a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term roadmaps for testing technology areas and facilities.
  • Integrate testing strategies across the business to meet current and future needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for test requests, engaging stakeholders and defining testing solutions.
  • Collaborate with discipline leads, rig operators, and external research organizations to deliver testing programs.
