Job summary

Arden White Limited is seeking a Powertrain Test Technician to work on high-performance F1 engines in Northamptonshire. This contractor role starts immediately and runs until the end of December 2026, with multiple shifts available and a requirement to work Monday to Friday.

You will run performance tests, attend to stoppages, restart when possible and log issues, and provide data to engineers for analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous engine test experience on either internal combustion or electric powertrain systems on dynos.
• Stable career history.
• Willingness to work on shifts and independently for extended periods.

F1 Powertrain Test Technician– Northamptonshire – Motorsport F1

This long contract is an amazing opportunity to work on high performance F1 engines. The person that secures this position will be crucial to the success of this dynamic company on its F1 projects.

This Powertrain Test Technician role will be working as a contractor initially up until the end of December 2026.

The required shifts on this role are Monday to Friday. There are a number of possible shifts available and flexibility is important.
