Job summary

Multimatic Motorsports Europe in Brackley, UK, is seeking a Full-Time Test Team Electrical Technician to join the electrical department. The role focuses on Motorsport wiring, harness production, and electrical assemblies for WEC/IMSA race programs.

You will support events and factory builds, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and collaborate with a dedicated team. UK work eligibility and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Competent level on Motorsport wiring.
• A can-do attitude and proactive approach.
• Able to produce wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical assemblies for WEC/IMSA race programs.
• Support Test Team Electrical demands, both on event and during factory car build.
• Able to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work well as part of a team within Multimatic Motorsports Europe.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK with a valid driving licence and passport.
