Job summary

Your Role As a Test Systems Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in applying your management expertise to ensure the design and development of test solutions. You'll tackle complex engineering challenges across a variety of products, including displays, controls, and mission computers.

Core Responsibilities

• Track and report on project costs and schedules using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Manage the integration, analysis, and testing of real-time systems across multiple technical disciplines (electronic, mechanical, optical, and software).
• Identify, resolve, and close issues throughout various product lifecycle stages in collaboration with lead engineers and team leads.
• Provide realistic program status updates, identifying potential problem areas and implementing recovery plans.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective requirement capture and maintenance.
• Coach, mentor, and nurture talent within your team.
