• Strong ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on project costs and schedules using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Manage the integration, analysis, and testing of real‑time systems across multiple technical disciplines (electronic, mechanical, optical, and software).
• Identify, resolve, and close issues throughout various product lifecycle stages in collaboration with lead engineers and team leads.
• Provide realistic programme status updates, identifying potential problem areas and implementing recovery plans.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective requirement capture and maintenance.
• Coach, mentor, and nurture talent within your team.
