• Visit leads and install alarms accompanied by more experienced Sales Reps
• Attend training activities defined in his/her development plan
• Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision, identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, make decisions using standard procedures, and have working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience
