About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead quality assurance and testing efforts for our ecommerce platforms, with a strong focus on the French market. This role requires deep understanding of ecommerce systems, French digital compliance mandates and the ability to collaborate with bilingual teams and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute test strategies for ecommerce platforms targeting the French market.
Ensure compliance with French government mandates including accessibility.
Lead cross-functional QA teams across multiple geographies.
Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders to validate localized user journeys.
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager role.
Proven experience in ecommerce platforms
Strong knowledge of French digital regulations and accessibility standards.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Hands-on experience with automation tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
