We’re hiring an experienced Test Manager for our financial services client. You’ll play a critical role in making sure the solution is robust, ready, and genuinely delivers for the business.This is a hands-on role that needs someone who can join the dots, spot the gaps, and work across multiple teams and suppliers to get things over the line.

Your impact:

Shape and run the full test strategy – from planning through to execution

Coordinate system, integration, UAT and regression testing across workstreams

Lead defect triage, risk mitigation and test readiness activities

Ensure testing aligns with regulatory and business requirements

Manage third-party QA suppliers and offshore test teams

Track dependencies and unblock issues to keep things moving

Support business readiness with training, comms and go-live input

Work across Agile and Waterfall – flexing where the project needs it

What you’ll bring:

️ Proven track record in testing large-scale, multi-team transformations

️ Hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front

️ Strong understanding of risk-based testing, traceability and compliance

️ Experienced in managing vendors, offshore teams and internal SMEs

️ Clear communicator – able to bring stakeholders on the journey
