Scale Factory is seeking a Test Manager to lead test strategy across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll head functional, performance, and automation teams, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You’ll plan and execute tests, drive risk-based approaches, and champion continuous improvement in a hybrid working environment. A consultancy background and UAT leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong test management skills with accountability for planning and execution.
• Experience in risk-based test planning and managing escalations.
• Expertise in non-functional testing methodologies and processes.
• Confident in stakeholder and vendor management, ensuring smooth communication.
• Background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Track record leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements.
• Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to high performance.
• Background in a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute all test activities including system, integration, and UAT.
• Develop test strategies with a focus on risk prioritization and mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem solving.
• Work confidently within a matrix organization, managing vendor and third party relationships.
• Mentor and guide test teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Oversee performance and other non functional test activities, applying best practices.
• Bring knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices.
• Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles.
