Job summary

TechShack is seeking a Test Manager/Test Architect for a Public sector client, responsible for end-to-end test delivery, strategy, and sign-off across the lifecycle. The role requires 8+ years in software testing with 3+ years in leadership, and expertise in automation, API, performance, security and accessibility testing, with Advanced SDLC/STLC knowledge.

Hybrid role with occasional travel to Gloucester; SC + NPPV3 clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing, including 3+ years leading or managing
• Test automation tools: Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cucumber, NeoLoad or equivalents
• Experience with API, performance, security and accessibility testing
• Advanced SDLC/STLC knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test delivery for a client in the Public sector
• Set testing strategy and lifecycle from planning through sign-off
• Be the release decision owner for quality gates

I am looking for a Test Manager/ Test Architect to own the end-to-end test delivery for a client in the Public sector.

You will be responsible for setting the strategy, owning the lifecycle from planning through to sign-off, and is the name against the release decision.

• 8+ years in software testing, of which 3+ leading or managing
• Test Automation - Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cucumber, NeoLoad or equivalents
• Experience with API, performance, security and accessibility testing
• Advanced SDLC/STLC

Nice to have:

Experience with both Manual/Automation & Performance/NFT teams managed.
