Test Lead - WMS / SAP EWM - Tamworth (& Milton Keynes)

Outside IR35.

5 days per week onsite!!!!

A suitable candidate must be available to work mostly onsite in Tamworth (5 days per week) with occasional travel (once or twice per month) to Milton Keynes!

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems, specifically SAP EWM. The position involves active, on-site coordination in Tamworth, working closely with multiple teams - internal, external, and business stakeholders to oversee and support testing activities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience leading testing activities for WMS implementations, specifically SAP EWM is essential!
  • Comfortable being on-site at the Tamworth warehouse and travelling between Tamworth and Milton Keynes offices as required.
  • Strong coordination capabilities, ability to drive testing across multiple teams, environments, and third parties.
  • Proactive in identifying gaps, managing dependencies, and encouraging ownership of testing responsibilities.
  • Clear and confident communicator, capable of representing testing progress and issues in planning and readiness meetings.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
  • Clear verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
