Job summary

Une entreprise de conseil technologique recherche un Test Lead pour gérer une équipe de Test Engineers dans le cadre de l'intégration et du test de services informatiques. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide en ITSM et en tests d'intégration, ainsi que des compétences en gestion d'équipe. Ce poste hybride exige une présence sur site 2-3 jours par semaine à Corsham.

Qualifications

• Expérience éprouvée dans ITSM, ITIL et ServiceNow ou des plateformes similaires.
• Solide expérience en test d'intégration, E2E, fonctionnel et API.
• Compétent en estimation de l'effort de test et gestion des plans de test.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et livrer la stratégie de test et le cadre de gouvernance des tests.
• Diriger les activités de test d'intégration, fonctionnel, E2E et API.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour développer des cas de test à haute couverture.

Job Title: Test Lead / Test Manager
Location: Hybrid; 2-3 days per week onsite in Corsham
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to manage a small team of Test Engineers responsible for the integration and end-to-end testing of a key IT Service Management function. The role is currently focused on manual testing, with opportunities to introduce automation and drive process improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Own and deliver the Test Strategy and test governance framework.
• Lead integration, functional, end-to-end, and API testing activities.
• Plan and estimate testing effort for new workstreams to support project delivery.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide assurance over third-party testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop high-coverage test cases.
• Oversee defect management and risk mitigation.
• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Test Engineers.
• Deliver regular test reporting to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong experience in integration, E2E, functional, and API testing.
• Skilled in estimating testing effort and managing test plans.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a testing team.
• Experience providing assurance over supplier testing.
• Strong risk and defect management skills.
