Job summary

Mastek, a leading government technology partner, is hiring a Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing across a multi-system environment, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, integrations and backend data platforms. You will own test strategy, governance and quality standards, manage stakeholders across business, tech and suppliers, and oversee defect management with programme-level insights.

Qualifications

• Proven Test Lead on large-scale programmes.
• Strong ADO test management and reporting expertise.
• Experience in public sector/government environments.
• Excellent stakeholder governance experience.
• Exposure to D365 Finance and complex integrations is desirable.

We’re Hiring: Test Lead – Government Finance Programme

We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join a high-profile Government Finance programme, driving end-to-end testing across a complex, multi-system environment—including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, integrations, and backend data platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and execute full test lifecycle (SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, OAT)
• Define test strategy, governance, and quality standards
• Manage stakeholders across business, tech, and suppliers

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Test Lead/Test Manager experience on large-scale programmes
• Strong ADO test management & reporting expertise

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance experience
• Exposure to D365 Finance & complex integrations (desirable)
