• Onsite Test Lead required
• This is a worldwide delivery which other countries have already delivered, preference would be to have a TL that has experience of delivering SAP success factors.
• Proven experience as a Test Lead in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts
• Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting
• Experience managing onsite test teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts
• Ability to drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively
• Hands-on experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
• Experience in success factors modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Payroll
