Test Lead - Healthcare Domain Technical Test Lead - US

Infosys is seeking a Test Lead. As a Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will collaborate with talent to create innovative, high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
  • Candidate must be located within US. This position may require travel.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualification:

  • Min. 4 Years of experience in end-to-end process of Provider Enrollments/ Insurance Credentialing, Provider Contracting, and Re-Credentialing.
  • Knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practices revenue cycle
  • Claims Adjudication Experience in Medicare or Commercial
  • Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
  • Strong communication skills.

Estimated annual compensation range

In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN / NJ: $67000 to $93800

In Washington, DC: $81900 to $111000
