A role you will love

As our Test Lead, you will work within a highly skilled Agile team. You will be responsible for Test Scoping, Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Execution, Reporting, and Closure activities to assess the functional suitability of software.

Key responsibilities include:

• Demand management and resource planning for functional testing activities.
• Providing feedback on product quality to stakeholders.
• Managing testing projects with significant risk or change factors.
• Leading defect management activities.
• Identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions affecting testing.

What you will bring to the role

You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of software delivered aligns with organizational risk appetite. Essential skills and experience include:

• Significant experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, share registry, or employee share plans.
• Awareness of external trends and emerging technologies, with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to gather information from product owners and subject matter experts.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment based on best practices and experience.
