Salt is proud to be working with a prominent Local Government body based in London to recruit a highly capable Test Lead for a major Dynamics 365 Customer Service transformation programme.
This is a key contract role, suited to an experienced QA professional who can take full ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while ensuring robust quality standards are maintained across both internal teams and an external delivery partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all testing and QA activities on a Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation.
- Manage the end-to-end UAT process – from test planning and execution to reporting and defect management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align test scenarios with real-world requirements.
- Hold third-party suppliers to account on QA deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal quality expectations.
- Produce concise and actionable QA reports suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion QA best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Manager on complex digital transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively across internal teams and external agencies.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and driven to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Omnichannel or Contact Centre applications.
- Understanding of QA processes in Agile and traditional delivery environments.
