As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.What you will be doingYou'll be accountable for the planning, readiness and execution of test activities, for the Experimental, Flight Compliance and Pre-Production engine programmes for the Global Test sites including Development Rigs. Delivery of Engineering projects, on time and to budget.Manage project requirements to enable planning, interpreting, organising, executing, and the coordination of test activities to meet customer objectives.Act as the technical interface communicating the project status (budget, schedule and risk) to stakeholders.Provide coaching/support to engineers on technical issues relating to the planning, readiness, and execution of engine testing.Maintaining a holistic understanding of the test facility capability in relation to project deliverables. With the aim of reducing project risk by challenging the design solution, to ensure it meets agreed requirements.Who we're looking forAt Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
