Job description

Job Title: Test Equipment Compliance Engineer

A Test Equipment Compliance Engineer is required for a long-term contract assignment based in Stevenage.

Skillset/Experience Required:
  1. Previous Electrical/Electronics experience within defence or aerospace, with an understanding of MIL standards applicable to product compliance.
  2. Experience demonstrating and delivering products that meet CE, UKCA, and global market compliance.
  3. Experience working with external companies to complete reliability predictions.
  4. Security clearance: BPSS clearance is required at minimum, with SC clearance potentially needed due to the nature of the work.
  5. High level of knowledge of compliance and quality standards, including ISO 9001, MIL-STDs, AQAP-110, and BS EN.
  6. Compliance testing and evaluation.
  7. Electronics compliance.
  8. Quality and compliance manual writing/modifications.
