The opportunity
We are looking for a Test Engineer Manager with experience of building frameworks and strategies to test Data platforms. Reporting to our Head of Quality Assurance, you'll work within our Data and Transformation Team to accelerate our test engineering transformation, embedding test solutions which ensure The Openwork Partnership has built the right products and services to the right quality, evidencing the change delivers the agreed outcomes.
We're improving our analytical data ecosystem, by undertaking a data simplification programme with the need for a new Trusted Data Capability as the core enablement service providing the insights across our proposition.
This role will provide the opportunity to help shape our new Trusted Data Capability. For us it's not just about having the right technical background, you need to have an open mind, be able to work collaboratively and be driven to learn and succeed.
This is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office, with 2 days a week in the office.
