Test Engineering Manager

We are seeking a talented Test Engineering Manager to join a growing company developing cutting-edge applications for the defence industry.

As the Test Engineering Manager, you will provide leadership and line management to the test and application team, including setting objectives and supporting staff development. You will ensure robust procedures are in place and adhered to, covering software development and control, generation and control of test vectors, calibration procedures, and setup. Additionally, you will work closely with customers to deliver effective and acceptable test solutions.

Key Experience and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in an RF test/design environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development.
• Previous experience in line management and team leadership.
• In-depth understanding of RF/microwave testing and characterisation.
• Highly structured and organised, with the ability to drive projects to completion.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business.
