Position: Test Engineer (HCC Radios Hardware Testing)

Location: Stafford/Quantico, VA

Status: Full-time, Contingent

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related experience in HCC Radios Hardware Testing
  • U.S. citizenship with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for test support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or in a team
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with T&E Documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
  • Training in Defense Acquisition University courses and DoD 500.2 manual
Primary Duties:
  • Support to government clients as a T&E SME, including analysis of system requirements, development and review of test plans, data collection, and reporting
  • Review and contribute to programmatic documentation requiring T&E provisions
  • Draft and update test documents such as Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Test Plans, and Test Reports
  • Support test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting, including third-party testing when necessary
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, procedures, and schedules
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and support efforts
  • Assist in drafting and editing related documents, participate in meetings, and provide input
