Working as a Test Engineer, you will support the tests and inspections of various designed units, with a level on internal and external customer interaction. You are likely a great fit for this role if you have a background in confidently testing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems for a variety of sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Test Engineer, leading testing efforts on assigned projects
  • Create and execute test cases, manage bugs and report testing status to project teams
  • Develop test tools and test solutions
  • Follow defined validation process and produce validated documents for all initiatives
  • Be responsible for tracking and reporting issues and resolutions throughout the testing process
  • Manage workload for multiple systems in various phases of development to meet all deadlines
  • Observe and adhere to all Safe Working methods

Skills and Experience

  • Test engineering background, ideally experience in assembly and build of multiple interface units
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to effectively document procedures, processes and results
  • Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines & multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Extreme attention to detail and organisation in all aspects of work
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience needed with Metrology Skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings, particularly an understanding of pneumatic and electrical circuits
