Storm ID is seeking a Test Engineer to join Edinburgh-based teams on a large-scale, safety-critical public-sector digital transformation programme. The role is a contract for an initial 6 months, with BPSS clearance supported through the project, working in blended squads with client staff.

You will execute and extend within an established test framework, delivering API, UI and non-functional testing across the programme while deepening your testing specialism as the project progresses.

Formación

• Experience as a Test Engineer within sprint-based delivery teams.
• Hands-on API testing against REST APIs (Postman or equivalent).
• Experience with structured test management tooling with traceability.
• Strong documentation discipline for audit and governance.
• Effective defect management and risk articulation.
• Automation experience with Playwright or Cypress/Selenium transition.
• Non-functional testing experience (Accessibility and Performance).
