Job summary

Brio Digital Limited is seeking a Financial Services Test Analyst to join our on-site team in Farnborough. You will work with business and delivery teams early in requirements and design to ensure quality is built in from the start.

You will test financial services applications and CRM systems, write clear functional test cases, and track defects using JIRA and Xray in an Agile environment.

Financial Services Test Analyst

• Location: Farnborough (on-site 3 days a week)


• Rate: 400/day Inside IR35


• Duration: 3 months rolling

Overview

We're looking for a Financial Services Test Analyst with hands-on experience testing financial services applications and CRM systems. You'll work closely with the business and delivery teams, getting involved early in requirements and design to make sure quality is built in from the start.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active part in requirements elicitation meetings and design discussions


• Build a clear understanding of business processes and technical workflows


• Analyse requirements and write comprehensive functional test cases


• Run tests across financial services applications and CRM systems


• Manage tests and track defects in JIRA and Xray


• Raise, track and retest defects through to closure


• Report test progress and risks clearly to the delivery team

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst in financial services


• Hands-on experience testing CRM systems


• Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Xray


• Confident analysing requirements and turning them into functional test cases


• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders

Desirable

• Experience testing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (Dynamics etc.,)


• Exposure to regulated environments and audit requirements


• Experience working in Agile delivery teams


• Basic SQL for data validation
