What You'll Do:

  1. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical test machines, ensuring top-notch performance.
  2. Design and build custom test rigs tailored to their exciting product innovations.
  3. Create and implement standard test plans to validate product reliability.
  4. Get hands-on with product assembly and mechanical systems.
  5. Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) to design and modify test fixtures and rigs.
  6. Document test procedures, results, and key insights.
  7. Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to enhance product design and functionality.
  8. Ensure all testing meets industry standards and quality guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  2. Hands-on experience in mechanical testing, test rig design, and product validation.
  3. Basic CAD skills for design and drafting purposes.
  4. Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Clear communication and teamwork skills.
